Cold all the way to the door.
We cook in Koreatown, LA and pack each box with ice packs in a liner that keeps it cold for 48 hours. We ship Monday to Wednesday, so no box waits in a depot over a weekend.

The first week
Switching over, a little at a time.
A new food all at once can upset a stomach. Mix it in over seven days. Drag through the week.
