Sunglasses · Handmade in Daegu
Six frames cut and polished by hand in Daegu, for the long golden hour in Los Angeles. Pick a lens and look at the sun through it, then scroll for the eclipse.
The house
We make sunglasses for one hour of the day: the long, low, golden one, when the light comes in sideways and every street looks like a film. Six frames, cut from 8 mm acetate and beta titanium by hand in Daegu, where most of Korea's frames are made.

06Through the lens
Move across the water. Inside the lens you see it the way each tint does. The haze over the sea is reflected glare: switch on polarized and it is gone, only inside the lens.

Asian fit · Global fit
Korean frames are often made for a lower bridge and higher cheekbones. Every SLOW ORBIT frame comes in both fits, so it sits right whoever wears it.
Standard nose pads that sit on a higher bridge; the frame rests a little closer to the face.

Each acetate front is cut, tumbled and polished by hand in a small workshop in Daegu, then fitted with seven-barrel hinges and studs. Titanium frames are bent and plated there too.
