How hot is it?
Original Red and Smoky Black sit in the middle: warm, not punishing. Citrus Gold is the mild one. If you like sriracha, you will be comfortable with all three.
Is it the same as gochujang paste?
Gochujang is the fermented chili paste at the heart of Korean cooking. JANG! starts from it, then adds fruit, garlic and sesame and loosens it into a pourable sauce, so you can use it straight from the bottle.
Do I need to refrigerate it?
Keep it in the pantry until you open it, then in the fridge. It is best within three months of opening.
What is in it? Any allergens?
All three contain soy and wheat from the gochujang base, and sesame. Citrus Gold contains honey. Full ingredient lists are on each flavor page.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders over $35 ship free, which includes the Trio.
